Roy Williams says he's catching 200 balls a week off the JUGS machine and another 40-50 passes a week from Tony Romo.

Williams was credited with eight drops last season, but his bigger problem was getting enough separation to make plays. Even though Williams has said all the right things since Dez Bryant was drafted to replace him, we still expect the rookie to win a camp competition.

Maybe the Cowboys should go with a QBBC, when R.Williams is the target on a particular play put the "Jugs" machine under center.

IMO Williams has been a huge disappointment and a boarder line bust thru out his career and i dont see him doing any better no matter how many balls he is catching from a machine.

Talk is cheap Mr.Williams, put your money where your mouth is and perform on the field at game speed when it counts.
 
(KFFL)Dallas Cowboys WR Roy Williams acknowledged that his contract does not give him an edge when it comes to the battle for a starting receiver spot, according to David Moore, of The Dallas Morning News. "It is a fair competition for the spot,'' Williams said. "My thing is, if you're good enough, come get it. I've been working really hard this off-season. Obviously, something I've been doing these past two years hasn't been working so I took it another step further and it's working pretty good this year."
