This guy is going to far excede the expectations of his draft position, in my opinion.
- -- Ronnie Brown Doesn’t Mind Sharing Carries --
Tue Jun 30, 2009 --from FFMastermind.com - During an interview on 790 The Zone, Miami Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown said he doesn't have a problem sharing carries. "I think it just gave us an opportunity to get more playmakers on the field at the same time,” said Brown. “Not only myself and Ricky, but we had a younger guy in RB Patrick Cobbs that obviously established his role on the football team and you know, he made some big plays for the football team. I just think as a whole, it helped everybody out and gave us a new look as an offense and gave us an opportunity to switch it up. You know, you see teams go in to their no-huddle offense and in to their speed offense - you know we have another opportunity to throw people off when we go in to the Wildcat Formation that they haven't seen before. And obviously that's something they have to prepare for even if we do run it or not, that's still something they've got to spend a lot of time on."
- -- Ronnie Brown More Explosive --
Tue Jun 30, 2009 --from FFMastermind.com - The Miami Herald reports Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown believes he's stronger, faster and shiftier than last year. ''As far as shape goes, he's outstanding right now,'' said Dolphins HC Tony Sparano, who often indicates when he thinks a player carries too much tonnage. “That sounds like a company line, but I mean it. In the weight room the guy is super right now. He weighs 230 pounds, he's running better, he is stronger, so all of those things from a progress standpoint I see as positives.'' Brown tore a ligament in his knee during midway through the 2007 season. Brown's 2008 season, spurred largely by the four-touchdown game against New England out of the Wildcat, ended with the Pro Bowl. Now, Brown thinks he's even more explosive.
