(cbssport.com)The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Falcons WR Roddy White enters 2010 working on three straight years with at least 1,000 yards receiving, but White wants more yards and believes he can improve his yards after a catch. White led the team with 392 yards after catches last season, followed by Tony Gonzalez's 240. But White averaged just 4.6 after a catch and Gonzalez averaged 2.9. For receivers with more than 50 catches last season, Dallas WR Miles Austin led the league in YAC average at 7.6 yards. Green Bay's Greg Jennings was second at 7.1 and Philadelphia's DeSean Jackson was third at 6.8. "We can do a lot more of that," White said. "We are going to have to do a lot more of that. We have to break some more tackles, pick up some third downs and move the chains."

Falcons offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey singled out Roddy White for having an outstanding offseason.

Mularkey said White's had "maybe one of the best (offseasons) as a receiver since I've been in the league." This is high praise, as Mularkey has coached such talents as Hines Ward and Eric Moulds. "It's been great for our passing game with timing and everything since he's been here and worked as hard as he has," added the former Bills coach and Steelers offensive boss.

Matt Ryan's 3rd year in the league too. Playbook should be wide open for him now. Which makes Rowdy Roddy even more of a threat!
