rotoworld,
ESPN's John Clayton believes Ricky Williams has a better chance than Ronnie Brown of returning to the Dolphins in 2011.

If Brown (Lisfranc fracture) stays healthy, he could price himself out of Miami. If he suffers another injury-ravaged season, the Dolphins may not want him back. Williams is still considering retirement, but it's easy to believe he'll play another season as long as his body continues to hold up well.

Patrick Cobbs (ACL tear) admitted that he's still not 100 percent.

Cobbs had his surgery in October, so we wouldn't expect him to feel completely healthy until August at the earliest. The coaching staff continues to rave about him, but it remains to be seen if the knee injury will sap any of his trademark explosiveness.

Kory Sheets is putting heat on Lex Hilliard for the No. 4 RB job.

Sheets is a kickoff return candidate, something the Dolphins may need with No. 3 RB Patrick Cobbs coming off an ACL tear and Ted Ginn in San Francisco. Hilliard is the superior running back.

rotoworld,
Ricky Williams' latest plans involve signing an extension to stay with the Dolphins through the 2011 season.

"Ideally, I would like to get a year extension with the Miami Dolphins, play this year and next year and then really focus on my schooling," Williams explained. Agent Drew Rosenhaus has been advising Ricky to play at least another year, but the 33-year-old had considered calling it quits after the season. The Dolphins are aware of his desire for an extension. It would be a surprise if a mutual deal wasn't worked out.

Yes. Sheets isn't being used much as a returner and the Dolphins don't have any particular desire for a situational speed back, I think he's on his way out unless the Phins cut Cobbs.
