Reggie Wayne or Calvin Johnson.

I think this question depends on your style of play. If you want the consistent production you go with Reggie. He will be in the top ten more than likely barring an injury. If you want a guy with freakish upside, but also has the potential to let you down because of his supporting cast and injuries you go with C.J. But C.J. has the potential to put up stupid numbers.

I take Wayne and bump him up if it's ppr. I see Wayne as a 9ish first rounder (ppr) and a 11ish non-ppr. I see Calvin as and early /mid 2nd rounder (non-ppr), and a 13-15 ppr guy.

I am picking 9th and am assumming AJ is gone. You would than take Reggie Wayne?
Without seeing everyone who is gone......I have to leave it up to you.

If it falls like most drafts, this is where people have to consider SJax, Mendy, Moss, and Wayne. I figured turner was gone, but i'd take wayne over turner.

Well I will not be taking a RB. I have already decided on the WR, WR strategy. So I am just trying to gadge the best WR to draft in that spot. I am also hoping to get Marshal on the way back.

Calvin Johnson - Wayne is old, emergence of Garcon and Collie last year, Gonzo Lite (if comes back successfully) and clark. Lot's of mouths to feed in Indy now. Megatron is pure talent. Now Burleson should draw coverage away from Megatron now. And with the added threat of Jahvid Best in the backfield.

I like Calvin this year over Wayne. That being said, depending on the size of your league, you might be better off grabbing Wayne in the first and getting Johnson on the way back if you think there's a good chance he'll still be there (given Wayne's higher ADP).

6 straight years of 1000 yards or more receiving with a much better QB makes me say Wayne.. The years he battled Harrison for touches didn't keep him from producing and the receivers he now battles for receptions haven't either. You just don't get more consistent production from a WR. I do agree that Calvin has a chance to put up huge numbers as he has the talent but I like the steady production that Wayne has given fantasy owners over the years.

If I'm choosing my #1 Wr in the first round, I want it to be Wayne. If I am choosing between the two of them in the second round after already landing AJ, I might take a swing at Calvin.

Now that I could agree with RC. But in a redraft league with my first pick I want Reggie everytime between the two. Calvin hurt a lot of owners last season and it's a killer to have your first round pick fizzle out on you as many Forte owners also found out last year.
