The Redskins right guard Mike Williams is expected to miss the upcoming season because of blood clots near his heart. The condition could also be career threatening. This is a big blow to the Skins' o-line, as Williams was expected to beat out Artis Hicks for the starting job and serve as a mentor for Trent Williams. The former No. 4 overall pick signed a two-year, $1.49 million deal in March. The Redskins did try and make some minor upgrades to their O line during the offseason this was one of them.
