Redskins hot for free agent WR Santonio Holmes?

Holmes is the "primary objective" of Redskins coach Mike Shanahan in free agency, NFL.com reports. The report comes from Jason La Canfora, who was a Redskins beat writer earlier in his career. So there should be a lot of money on the table as The Redskins are not shy about spending on free agents.

I don't know what to think on Washington.

first they did nothing to address a really, really bad Qb situation. Shanny may feel great about Beck and co. I don't. Neither do the Wrs I bet.
Second, their BEST wr is a Fa, and I don't know the team wants to re-sign him. My gut says if they go out and spend big for a Fa, Minny Moss will leave. Yes they have youth, and Armstrong looks solid...but still.... uke:

Lastly, they may want to spend big, but they have had cap issues before, and don't seem to hit well with big spending. So whoever they do get...I would really question looking at them Fantasy wise.

I question all of the Redskins offense fantasy wise. I'll be staying away from them.
