Real Stuff, Fantasy Stuff. Week 6

QBs Brady and Brees explode at QB week 6 which could have been very good or very bad for your Fantasy teams.

After such a brilliant start QB Sanchez finished his flip flop this week by doubling his Ints. Ints which now double his TDs.

Just a couple of items to get the ball rolling. Name some of the stuff that you noticed or happened to you this week.

-Slaton looks like he is back as a solid fantasy option after a great game against a solid defense. Had tried to get him on the cheap after his slow start, but no success.

-Ray Rice is the new Brian Westbrook, hopefully without the injury issues. I wasn't a believer in the hype until the preseason. Got him in one league and traded Bowe after week 1 for him in another (owner hates himself right now).

-Flacco will be a top 5 QB if they get him a true number one receiver

-Grab Steve Smith (Panthers) right now. You will never have another chance to get a great WR this cheap. Unfortunately for me, I bought a couple weeks early, but still think he bounces back nicely.

-Brandon Jacobs owners should be concerned (me in two leagues). He just doesn't look right. While he always was a power back, he had good feet and could make people miss. Now he just runs into the pile. Hope he turns it around but not counting on it.

That is all............:stooges:

I also have B.Jacobs on my dynasty $$$$ team as well as handcuff A.Bradshaw.

I agree that Jacobs is not the RB he once was. I see a changing of the guards and Bradshaw will get the bulk of the load and Jacobs becomes a 3rd down/GL back.

I have S.Smith (SOFFL II) he might have some fantasy value but it will be compromised as long as Delhomme is under center as in week 6, just a terrible outing for Delhomme with a top flight WR like S.Smith. Delhomme is gone in 2010.

Jacoby Jones has been scoring every week despite not really being on the field much for this level of performance.

Andre Johnson is a beast and matchup proof. Although he didn't get a TD he had a huge game with 135 yds.

Brady/Moss combo is back on track. Look for multi TD games from Moss again!

We shall see if Brady and Moss can do the same running up the score against a good/healthy defense, not so far they haven't, shut down Moss & Brady is human :nesucks:

The Bucs were just what DWill needed to get going. He started slow last year, could this be the start that kicks off his rise back to the top of the RB's?

points of interest

H. Nicks looks like the real deal, I'd say more upside to Manningham.
M. Bell may end up being a goal line vulture, to the dismay of P. Thomas owners.
H. Miller and V. Schiancoe ARE fantasy worthy TEs.
A. Peterson got hurt but shook it off and went back into the game.
L. Moore looks like a viable WR2.
Saints D is the real deal, granted their numbers weren't stellar but the were playing the Gmen.

Looking forward to tonight's game.. crossing fingers LT comes back strong after bye. I doubt it but stranger things have happened.

I'm just saying,
Big Apple in Texas

Matt Schaub and Brett Farve are also on the list of QB's turning heads these days...

Atlanta's 4-headed monster can still find Victory despite having a top 5 most difficult schedule.

Thomas Jones hasn't lost his swagger or love for the endzone.... yet.

And... the Bucs are trying to beat their own record of losing 26 games in a row. Only 21 more to go!
