Though I would start Grant, I can appreciate your quandary.
Grant is not a huge PPR guy and I think Rogers will come out gunning. 70yds and 2 recs....maybe, maybe not a TD is what I see from Grant. Not bad at all.
Eagles will be racing to catch up and Packers won't give Kolb a lot of time to survey down field. McCoy could post decent numbers with low yardage catches and still get his 70 rushing yards. Don't see a lot of TD potential, though.
