How do you see Ray Rice, is he an elite back or do you see him a level behind that?

I would consider him elite if there weren't 3 ahead of that were uber elite.

This is just what I was going to post. The imminent cutting of McGahee moves Rice into the "uber" tier* IMO.

Funny how people say J Charles is elite but Rice isn't because he doesn't score 10+ TDs. Last time I checked Charles plays second fiddle around the goal line. Rice is a rare talent in the NFL and is an elite RB.
