Demaryius Thomas, Carnell Williams, Mohamed Massaquoi, Arrelious Benn, Mike Williams, Devin Thomas and Chaz Schilens could all be under the radar. I especially like Chaz Shilens, Demaryius Thomas, C. WIlliams and Devin Thomas. They have the 4th, 9th, 10th, and 5th easiest scedule for their position in the regular season. And for the playoffs week 14-16 A. Benn and Mike Williams face the second easiest schedule for WR in the league.

Just remember Jack, it's a slippery slope basing values on opposing schedules based on last year's defensive stats.. due to FA and draft acquistions.

Pittsburgh won the SB 2 years ago with what was rated as the hardest preseason sched. Last year, they had one of the easiest preseason sched's and missed the playoffs.
When I personally look at things like that, especially late-season, I look at the venue more so than the opponent. (Outdoor vs. indoor, potentially poor weather, etc etc)

I totally agree... the weather is especially important. I never base a draft pick solely on the SOS but it does help break a tie. Especially for a rookie or second year player, facing weak defenses help his confidence. A lot does happen in the offseason and one would have to add that in the equation.

3/4's of the defenses can't even be guaged via SOS from the previous year, but I do really pay attention to it as the season progresses to help set up my playoff run with free agency. I agree with it's use as a tie breaker, because what else do we have to base it on?
