Coach Hue Jackson warns that Darren McFadden might not play against the Saints Sunday night. Some earlier reports were saying he would play. McFaddy had suffered an orbital eye fracture and was expected to miss two weeks. He returned to practice on the 22nd and "immediately resumed lighting it up with big plays. " according to beat writer Jerry McDonald of the Oakland Tribune. McDonald called McFaddy the most effective player in Raiders camp right now.

Good to see that he was even considered to play this week. McFaddy has been a popular pick in drafts this year despite missing a couple of weeks practice. Don't forget to look at backup M Bush later in the draft as he is on of the few backups that can produce well if McFaddy does get hurt.

D-Mac "Orbital Bone Fracture" has been back at practice since the 22nd.

I like the fact that HC Jackson is not rushing to get him in the line-up in these meaningless pre-season games.

I expect D-Mac will see limited action in the 4th pre-season game as well.
