Cardinals agreed to terms with free agent K Jay Feely, formerly of the Jets, on a two-year contract.
The Cardinals parted with strong-legged Neil Rackers due to his hiccups in key situations. Though Feely drilled an impressive 30 of 36 field goals last year, his two misses against the Colts in the AFC Championship Game suggest he may not be much of an improvement on Rackers.
