possible trade

All right I have a trade offered to me in my TD only league.
My RB's are Ryan Grant,Larry Johnson, and Donald Brown
My WR's are Jennings, Braylon, and Brandon Marshall
A guy has offered me Marion Barber, and a WR out of his three: Boldin, Roy Williams, and Percy Harvin. I pick one of the three.
He wants D. Brown, and Marshall.
Would you do this trade and if so what WR would you take from him?
Remember this is a TD only league.

I am inclined to accept the offer. Grant and Johnson are not exactly tearing it up this year and Barber gives you the potential to make an impact - granted he has to stay healthy.

Marshall is doing great but by accepting Boldin I think you minimize the loss. I don't trust Williams and with Harvin being a rookie and with questionable health you don't need to go down that road.
 
Yes this is a re-draft no dynasty 16 team TD only league Start 2 QB's 3 on roster, 2RB's 3 on roster, 2WR's 3 on roster, 1TE on roster, 1DEF on roster, and 1 K on roster. Trades and WW moves are $10 dollars a player.
