The Bakersfield (CA) district attorney announced Wednesday that Cardinals OLB Joey Porter will not be charged with DUI.
He was also accused of assaulting an officer, but police appear to have botched this one. The D.A. hasn't yet given an explanation, but the arresting highway patrol officer is under investigation for police brutality. Porter alleges that the cop pointed a gun at him.
