Some interesting names may be out there and going very cheap. Maybe your team should get a couple of them and see what happens.

  • Terrell Owens sounds like he will be out there
  • Randy Moss now just looking to play.....anywhere, not so choosy now.
  • Ochocinco sounds like he could be out there.
  • Steve Smith Did some nice work with the Giants maybe off to a slow start
  • Plaxico Burris a little rusty. but in one piece and healthy and very cheap

If Owens goes to even a decent situation, he will put up 1100-10 again. Not quite as fast, but can still overpower DBs and is tough to bring down.

TO is the one to own.........

I agree, TO is the best of the bunch. But all these guys are going cheap. So get in the spirit of this and grab 2 for your team. They have all been productive and yet can be had for a song. Every team sort of uses up a decent pick every year to add a "develomental" WR to the mix and give them a couple of years to see if they hit. This year maybe your team shouldn't spend a pick on a WR. Fill in other needs and grab a couple of these guys instead. You can still take a late shot on a WR and stick him on the practice squad. I could see the Giants resigning Smith and grabbing Plaxico to. Stick Plax out their early and see how his hands and legs are. Plax is still a big target that is tough to get down and you can work Steve Smith slowly back to full health maybe even with a little stint on the PUP.

Of this list I agree Owens should be the first target.

Steve Smith of NYG is a concern, due to the injury he had. But he was an awesome possession guy.

Burris I would not touch, nor Randy. Too much history and water to get over the bridge.

I happen to think Ocho has a year or two left. Not sure where though.

I also hear rumors of Steve Smith Car will be moving, and he is very intriguing to me in this group. I would put him at #2 to Owens, then go with Ocho.
