AFC East:
New England wins the division, and has a great shot at locking up home field for good this year. No management changes.
New York Jets - have control of their own destiny, win and in for sure as WC, see no changes here either.
Buffalo Bills - Here it gets sketchy - GM made some moves without coaches or new owners consent, and Rexy has already worn out his welcome. My bet is new GM, same HC.
Miami Dolphins - they suck, have sucked, and will need all new HC and GM.

AFC North:
Bengals have Division locked - need Dalton back for playoffs. HC and GM are no issue here.
Pittsburgh - need big help to make it to playoffs - but no changes in GM or HC coming.
Cleveland - Need to be overhaulled again, but I personally don't think either HC or GM move. Just a gut feeling.
Baltimore - bad year, bad injuries, but no changes I don't think.

AFC South:
Houston - needs real QB, but no changes at HC or GM.
Indy - will lose HC and I think GM as well.
Jacksonville - has already said HC is safe, assume GM is too.
Tennesee - needs new HC, probably GM and don't be surprised if ownership changes as well.

AFC West:
Denver - stand pat
Kansas City - stands pat
San Diego - with move to new city, may make move to get new HC and GM
Oakland - team is doing better and has Qb of the future, I think they stand pat. even with move.

Playoff seeds:
1 - N.E.
2 - Denver
3 - Cincinnati
4 - Houston
WC -5- KC
WC - 6- NYJ

NFC
NFC East -
Washington - Playoff bound, so HC and GM are safe.
Philly -Needs new HC and GM now, can't wait to see how this falls.
NY Giants - I think this is it for Coughlan
Dallas - may be time for a change, but I think he gets saved due to Romo injury.

NFC North -
Green Bay - all safe
Minnesota - all safe
Chicago - HC is safe, not so sure on GM
Detroit - HC is gone I think, not sure on GM.

NFC South -
Carolina - no changes here
Atlanta - new HC, is safe, as is GM I think.
New Orleans - rumors flying he is gone, may be time for change in the big easy.
Tampa Bay - I think they stand pat.

NFC West -
Arizona - Stands pat - but may need new Coordinators, as some may get HC jobs.
Seattle - stands pat
San Francisco - I think Tomsula is gone.
St. Louis - I think if they move or not, its time for change here.

Playoff seeds:
1 - Carolina holds off Arizona
2 - Arizona
3- Green Bay
4 - Washington
WC - 5 - Minnesota
WC - 6 - Seattle

Look for OC Jackson in Cincinnati to get one HC job.

No changes coming in New Orleans as a youth movement is underway there and Sean will get to finish what he is building.

Pretty sure Tomsula is out in SF. Good guy and a good position coach but overmatched as a head coach. That said, I don't think he did a bad job. Off season was a train wreck. Defense lost Willis, Borland, Aldon Smith and Justin Smith. That's a lot of talent and leadership to go away in one year. Plus, having to deal with Kaepernick situation, no talented receivers now that Boldin is so limited, and your best RB going out for the season early. Anthony Davis retiring was a big loss plus Kilgore didn't come back until the season was almost over. Not an easy situation for a first year coach.

I think Baalke gets another year. Not sure how I feel about that. His drafts have looked good on paper (2012 aside) but that hasn't translated to performance on the field. He has a tendency to fall in love with physical ability, ignoring the "football mentality" part of the equation. Last year as an example, Marcus Peters is still on the board when SF picked. Best player at a position of need. He passes on him for Armstead, who is a project. NFL is a passing league. Got to be able to defend the pass. Also, stop drafting injured players in the early rounds. Fine if you want to take a chance in rounds 5-7 but not early 2nd (Carridine) or 3rd (Thomas).

On the positive side, I think they found a gem in Gabbert. Considering he had no blocking and crappy receivers, he played really well. I didn't realize he had the kind of size and mobility he does. Get him some blocking and a big time receiver to throw to and the QB position may be taken care of.

Then there's this bit of great news for Who Dats across the country from rotoworld.com

Coach Sean Payton will return to the Saints in 2016.
Payton has two years left on his contract, so he wasn't going to be able to force his way out. He and GM Mickey Loomis recently met and decided to keep moving forward. The Giants and 49ers were thought to be highly interested in Payton, with the Eagles also keeping track of the situation. Next season might be a make-or-break year for Payton. He's posted back-to-back 7-9 seasons. With Payton returning, Drew Brees should also be back at quarterback.

So, now that all the HC positions are filled, where are we............

AFC:
Miami - hired Gase former OC for Denver, and Chicago - supposedly gets the most out of the QB, which is good since Tannehill digressed some. Still, like the hire.
Cleveland - hires former OC and HC Hue Jackson - with DC still to be determined.
Tennesee - in a somewhat surprising move - Keeps Mularky as HC, with him retaining some OC duties like play calling.

NFC:
Giants - replace Coughlin with Bob McAdoo - former OC of Giants. Seems a lateral move as they also retained the DC as well.
Eagles - go back to Andy Reid part duex with Doug Pederson, and in what I feel is a brilliant move hire Jim Schwartz as DC - I really, really like these moves.
Tampa Bay - as expected retains OC Koetter as HC, boosting Lovie out again, not sure why this move was necessary.
49ers - hire Chip Kelly to right the ship.............like him or not, he was successful, and as brought up in other threads, this team is not that bad, and has some talent.

So a few surprises, plus some expected and unexpected moves at GM.

To me the big surprise was Indy standing pat on both GM and HC, was sure one would be gone, and Detroit with new GM, keeping their HC.

Can't wait to see how this all turns out.

Not sure what Titans are thinking. Suprised Caldwell was retained but I suppose he deserves another season after playoffs a year ago. Losing Suh hurt them a lot though didn't seem to help the Dolphins much.
