Okay, glad to hear he has the issue addressed.

that being said though, he drops in my ratings since anytime you have neck or shoulder or back concerns, those don't completely go away, even with surgery. I think this may be the start of his decline.

Not if that 10% loss means he gets hurt and can't play all season due to broken neck.
