Peyton Hillis suffered a "significnat aggravation" to his hamstring in Friday's practice and is out at least a couple of weeks, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Hillis's nightmare season continues. Short term, this means Chris Ogbonnaya will be the feature back in Cleveland. Long term, the Madden Curse continues, and now the contract Hillis has been holding out for may not be the big payday he was looking for.

Wow. i feel bad for him and his fantasy owners. Was really looking forward to seeing him play this year.

I know most of you were fans of Hillis and as such made my decision to give up my 1st rounder next year for him easy. As it seems, the naysayers are feeding us a huge bowl of "I told you so" at the moment. Boo. Very disappointed.

But on the plus, we can just cut bait on this season and hang onto him because he's going to be a FA at the end of the season and he's going to land on a team that will give him the rock and let him shine. He'll be a gem next season and we can feed some of it back! Whose with me? LOL

Honestly, I don't think a healthy Hillis would have mattered. They are hurting on the O-line and the Wrs are too young. The trading away of Winslow still doesn't make sense to me.
