May just be me, but I see this as a Camp body, while Gronk recovers, and a back up plan in case he has complications.

Well, honestly, if Welker doesn't show, but will since he signed his FT, you don't have any Wrs to really write home about. So they may want to run a wishbone type offense, with Tes instead of Rbs. :dunno:
