Just wondering how much stock all you Outlaws put in the OTA's.

Seems like the media likes to zoom in on WR rookies as well as established veteran players that have dropped a few balls, ran bad routes etc...... during the OTA's.

I dont put much into the OTA's, or should i ??

We don't for the most part. You really have to read between the lines. A lot of reporters have to report on the local teams all the time and will write about just about anything. You can garner a few nuggets of info but you have to take a lot of this with a grain of salt. Look more carefully at what a coach says over what a beat reporter says But even coaches often speak in coachspeak. Speak real highly of a rooikie to light a fire under vets. Every teams sounds like they are switching to the Wildcat, practicing plays every day, but you probably won't actually see a lot of it on the field. Just giving the other teams something they have to work on.

Dig out a few nuggets of info now if you can find it, but the real info comes from actual Traing Camp and Preseason. The closer to the season the better the intel.

I find it's more helpful to tune into NFL network and watch their Top 10 programs during the offseason. It's amazing what you can learn to anticipate about the upcoming season by getting acquainted with the previous ones. Just a personal preference, but I find it more helpful than sifting through fools gold.

I agree, while I don't have access to NFL Network I do look over last years fantasy stats from Shula League. It sorts out stats and breaks down fantasy pointage on a game by game basis. This proves to be very useful as sometimes watching football gives you a different slant on players and then you are surprised to find out that some players the talking heads hype aren't as good as they sound. The converse is also true some Players barely mentioned were actually fantasy studs.
