He gets: AP and Big Ben

Agreed. You're trading a bench player (Ben) and your #1RB for another startable WR and a guy that likely will score close to what ADP will score at the end of the year.

I replied back to the owner saying I would accept RR and Austin. Now while I'm trying to ground my head from the atmosphere. How risky is this trade? I'm losing Big Ben and Brees is wearing a brace now. RR isn't truly a GL back. I still like the trade but am I trading stablity for more upside risk here?
