No charges for Big Ben from DA

He is still an idiot. Every year its something new. This assault allegation. The one last year in Vegas. The motorcycle wreck without a helmet, etc, etc.

He just doesn't seem to be able to make good decisions on a regular basis.

I wonder what will be next for him.

I think you are being to harsh on him. He is a meathead/big galout...

The motorcycle is a young mans error. Last year's still needs to be played out - not sure if he was innocent or not but this last one appears to be more of him being a target now than anything else. Reminds me of that book... was it The Advocates Devil by Alan Dershowitz???
 
You're right about all that but when you keep having problems like that surround you at some point you have to come to the conclusion that either threre is a huge conspiracy out to get you or you just haven't been making the best decisions along the way.

I would lean toward Big Ben's decision making abilities. Maybe that's why he holds onto the ball so long!

I can't argue with that. Not sure his age but I give him a pass on the motorcycle. Not knowing enough about the sexual assault complaints against him I'm not sure if I could handle the celebrity and opportunities he has been presented with without some bad calls on my part so I can't really be overly harsh with his. If a lesson isn't learned by him now I do think he becomes a liability.

Don't get me wrong here. If I were in my mid to late 20's and had made several millions of dollars and had as much free time as athletes have I know for a fact that I would make some really bad decisions.

But just because I would have probably been an idiot doesn't make his bad decisions less palatable.

Heck if I were fortunate enough to find myself in that position at any age I suspect I would suddenly learn how big an idiot I really am.
 
He needs to remove his head from his ass. You want to chase tail, go for it, but have sense enough not to knock boots in a strip club bathroom.

Sgt - come on, tell me that is not an enticing option. I have not gone that route in my youth but probably more because it was never presented to me more than an aversion to the risk.
 
Ill grant you that, but neither of us were $102 million QBs with a pending sexual assault lawsuit when we went to the joint. Id also like to think if we were that we'd pick a better spot than a men's room stall to wear a 20 year old's ass as a hat.

Come on - it is his $ that gets him the opportunity and makes him a target. Some of the places I have used are not much better but the mens room is the classic isn't it?
