Niners CB Walt Harris Goes Down: Niners Quickly Grab Dre'Bly

Niners CB Walt Harris went down with a knee injury. Early indications make it sound like a potential season ender. The Niners responded quickly by signing ex-Bronco CB Dre' Bly to a one year (league minimum?) contract.

IDPers, Bly will likely start opposite Nate Clements or rotate with Tarell Brown.

Bly didn't do anything for us after his 1st year in Detroit but it was a good move on SF's part.

Yeah, not a huge asset as such. But it is about as good as you can get at this point in the season.
