This is a matchup of two teams that probably should be better than their record indicates. Both teams show signs of promise on both sides of the ball mixed with a big dose of inconsistency. QB Chad Pennington is out for the year so we get to see QB Henne, The QB of the future, a little earlier than we expected to. RB Marshawn Lynch is back for the Bills this week.

TO's going to remain on his best behavior this year, on a one-year contract, as he know every personnel man in the league is watching to see if he'll crack, and he wants to return to a Super Bowl contender next year.
