Kareem Hunt had the best Week 1 debut any rookie has ever had (his 246 total yards were the most ever by a player in Week 1 of his rookie season).

Alex Smith has shed his fear of throwing long, for one week anyway. This was a point made by beat writers that follow the team during camp. They often said that having the kid breathing down Smith's neck was forcing him to throw long passes that he seldom had in the past.

How many freaking 10 yard runs for Hunt got called back on penalties? The first half was especially bad for this.

Didn't ever click over to the Bengals/Ravens game. WTF happened to Dalton. 4 picks and 1 short pass to Eifert? Seems to hate Eifert. Guy is his 2nd best receiver and he never looks his way. Sheessshhhhhh.

The O-line is awful, that is what happens when you let your LT go FA to Rams, and LG go FA to another team, and you fill in with crap. He was running around all game, and making snap decisions to get ball out quicker. He looked awful.

He actually looked worse than his horrible stats would indicate. I was very disappointed with the entire Bengal offensive effort. They'd better learn to block somebody or it's going to be a long year at WKRP.

I guess drafting a WR and RB with your first two picks wasn't a smart move then. Mixon didn't surprise me but drafting Ross at 9 seemed a reach considering their OL.

They wasted two early picks the year before for OL, both are "OK" but not the talent they had. I agree the reach for Ross was a mistake, and they have to fix the OL soon.
