Okay, the deadline is tuesday this week I believe.

rumors I have seen:

Tampa Bay - Vincent Jackson - supposedly Philly, Seattle, and a few others have shown interest. Just last week Tampa squashed the rumors, but they seem to be lighting up again.

Tampa Bay - Doug Martin - supposedly he is bait now, as they are tired of his act, and will be pushing Rainey and Sims(once he comes off IR).

St. Louis - Stacy Rb - is bait supposedly with the growth of Tre Mason and Cunningham.

Jets - could they make a move at QB?? I did actually see one rumor of them looking at Cousins from Was. But I don't believe it.

The only player there should be any real interest in from that list is V Jackson and I could sure see both mentioned teams coveting him even if he is getting a wee bit long in the teeth.

I've heard reports that after this season the Bears will cut ties with Marshall. Not sure what his contract is like but he could be an attractive wr for a team like the Patriots.

I am also hearing that Seattle will cut ties with Marshawn Lynch after this season. With the off season hold out, and hissy fit he had with trade of Harvin, and other off field issues, supposedly the team has had enough. Not sure if he could be dealt by trade deadline or not.

Now that's a RB worth trading for though he carries a big contract. Seattle has said that under no condition are they willing to trade him this season but we know that isn't worth the breath it took to say it. Lots of teams could use a true RB 1.

Lynch being done in Seattle is something that's been mentioned for quite some time now. He's expecting a "thank you contract" where the team he played so well for gives him a nice fat payday to end his career, but that simply won't happen. RBs are no longer a commodity.

Two trades took place and the Bucs were involved in both of them.

Patriots acquired OLB Jonathan Casillas from the Bucs.

Rams acquired S Mark Barron from the Bucs in exchange for a fourth- and sixth-round pick.
