The Baltimore Ravens, imho, fall in this category.
If so, then it seems like heavy activity on the f/a market and in the draft should be in order.

If/when they resign Ray Rice, I'm not sure I agree that their window is closing. The offense is on the rise IMO and the defense has stars behind the heart and soul combo of Lewis and Reed. Those two will be tough to replace, but they still have talent behind them.

The team i think goes into that category is Pittsburgh. That defense is OLD all around and their oline is still a mess. They need to rebuild quite a bit to keep that team where they have been. Now, if anyone can do it, it would be them.....but they have a lot of work to do.
 
Do the Colts count? Even with Manning I feel they're on the way down and we all know what they are without him.
 
The Ravens win the Super Bowl window may be closing but still a very solid team.

Miller is right....Pittsburgh could really use a big off-season free agent splash in certain areas.
 
The Bears will be an interesting team to watch this off-season. A new general manager in Phil Emery they need a solid off-season to keep pace in that division.
 
norm is right on bears... and they're gonna **** it up royally and it'll be another 25 years til we even go
