Wow. it is to be divvied up according to impact/need amounst 4500 former players with a $5 mil cap/person
 
Wow! Great for those players!

That being said, this is a touchy subject. Do they really deserve it? Did they not know what they were getting themselves into? Were they being forced to play? I say no. These men all know the risks they take, and they're pretty well compensated for it.

If some get $5 mil, then some will get significantly less than the avg,
