The Jets restructured the contracts of LB Quincy Williams and TE Tyler Conklin, creating $8M in cap space.
Steelers DT Cameron Heyward signed a three-year, $45 million deal that includes $15 million to sign, $16 million fully guaranteed and $29 million in new money.

Williams has three years remaining on his contract. He will make $27.65 million in cash this season, the most of any offensive lineman.
