Anyone know the criteria for determining the picks they get? Seems very arbitrary.......

Based on playing time and performance from the past year. Does not take into account previous performance nor does it compare the performance to previous years is my best knowledge from reading an article in previous years. Will try to find something when I return from vaca if someone has not posted yet.
