Normally not that a big a concern, BUT Thurs Nite Game
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Zach Ertz (concussion) is doubtful to play in Week 14 against the Rams.
Despite practicing on a limited basis late in the week, Ertz never formally cleared concussion protocol. Ertz's now-expected absence will be good news for slot receiver Nelson Agholor, who set season highs in snaps, routes run, and targets as Ertz left last week's game early in the second half against Seattle. Trey Burton will take over as the Eagles' primary tight end in Los Angeles.

According to Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Zach Ertz (questionable, concussion) still has a "dull headache."
The headache has prevented him from clearing the concussion protocol. Trey Burton will draw the start with Ertz sitting this week and will be an acceptable streamer in most formats. Ertz's absence could also open up targets for Nelson Agholor, who is coming off a career-best 141 yards in Week 13.

Fox now reporting that Ertz Has Cleared concussion protocol and is a GTD.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero's "understanding" is that Chris Hogan (shoulder) will play "a lot" Monday night in Miami.
