Need trade advice

Worried about Brady's drop in production. I was just offered Brees, Brandon Jackson and Josh Scobee for Brady, Bradshaw and Britt.

My team would then be:
QB - Brees, Stafford
RB - Turner, Charles, Jackson, Lynch, Starks
WR - Cal. Johnson, Jennings, R. Moss,
TE - V. Davis, Olsen


We have a waiver limit and i've used all of mine which is why i need a kicker this week with crosby on a bye.
 
Stafford is out for the year (more than likely) so if you should choose to take the deal you'll want to secure a #2 QB. I think you're giving up way too much with Brady and Bradshaw in order to get Brees (Jackson is crap) and if Britt gets healthy he's going to be decent with Randy taking doubles for him. Given your runningbacks you could part with Bradshaw without much problem but you need to leverage that superior position to get better value. Getting Brees is always a good idea.
