To me this a risk/reward argument. You simply cannot deny what Boldin has done. You also simply can't deny he has had issues staying healthy lately. Granted Marshall is one stupid move away from a suspension....but I would rather risk a #1 draft pick on Marshall right now.

I would have to say Boldin the guy is a no fear WR that goes all out all the time, with Marshall i cant say the same, his history speaks volumes as to where his head is on & off the field cant see wasting an early round pick on Marshall at this time

Who do you like better as a WR, Anquan Boldin or Brandon Marshall?

I read on another message board that the Cards were willing to take a 3rd for Boldin. This seems low, but if true, this would be a no-brainer. I'll take the 29 year old warrior for a 3rd vs the more talented 25 year old head case for a first.

That said, IF Marshall could become a true pro and put all the crap behind him, he's a huge steal for a mid/late 1st round pick. Big if though.............

Marshall is 25 years old and one of the most talented WR's in the league, this one is easy for me, give me Marshall.

I love Marshall, but not so easy for me. I think he's a steal for a #1, especially for Cinci at 21. But if the reports on NFL network are true and Arizona is willing to let Boldin go for a 3rd rounder, that's some serious value. Boldin is only 29 and yeah, he's been tweeked the last couple years, but not anything major that will make him a lesser player.

As much as I love Marshall, I would rather have Boldin and my first rounder..........

Either player is a roll of the dice IMO. Boldin can't or doesn't want to stay healthy enough to play and Marshall, as stated, is an extreme head case. Forced to pick between the two I'd go with Marshall simply because he has by far the most upside.

Wasn't the question that was asked.....just asked who you would like better as a WR....not who may be a better value.

That said, I think i would still give the 1st and take Marshall. Basically comes down to your 1st and Boldin or your 3rd and Marshall. I like the 3rd the Marshall side.

Well, I doubt it's a case of Boldin not wanting to stay healthy enough to play. Guy is tough as evidenced by the way he came back after getting his face busted up in 2008.

If I had a choice between the two with no consideration on the cost of obtaining them, Marshall is the obvious choice. But if I can get Boldin for a 3rd, no brainer for me.............

OK. I can see that side................
