N.Burleson Is A Lion

There is no doubt he is an upgrade over the depth they currently have but it is my opinion that for the most part Burleson has under performed for the hype he has received.

He has been injured and played for a decrepid Seattle team though. I'm hoping he can step it up, because I know he has under performed.
 
It's not not an earthshattering move to say the least. But it is a good solid move to upgrade. The Lions have started doing a lot of good solid team building recently. Last offseason I was impressed as they brought a lot of players into camp and made sure that everybody was pressed to earn their positions. Not a great influx of talent but nobody got to feel to comfortable in their job. This improves a teams overall competitive nature.
 
He can make a solid #2, if he can just stay on the field. That has been his biggest knock.

I can't agree with you more. This staff has done nothing so far for me not to give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope B. will be worth the investment.
