I think James Jones is your best acquisition there. Decker has yet to be proven with the limited-throwing Tebow and as Lloyd was traded Decker will be triple-covered all the time. I don't think Freeman is a fair trade for him though but if you have 3 QB's perhaps you can spare him. How's your WR roster? Desperate or you trying just to upgrade? Are TE's available for your Flex spot?
If you are not a 2-QB league where you only play one each week you don't need three. So why not trade him Freeman for Jones if he'll do it. Does he need a QB or is he just messing around? I would trade Freeman for anyone rather than just dumping him for a waiver wire pick. Or trade Tebow. You only need a QB to replace Brees for one week! For that week almost anyone will do because the waiver wire still has candidates like Andy Dalton in a lot of leagues. Sanchez, etc.
PS. Don't give Ingram up. The running back field is running low and you will be able to pick up WR's from here on out easier than quality week-in and week-out RBs. You may be able to get Bess (if Marshall is hurt as expected his production could go up), Little, Baldwin, Mike Thomas (Jac), Roy Williams, Jacoby Ford, Berrian, Benn, Breaston, Mason, Obomanu (TD last 2 games), or Avant. All show at least a little promise and seem to be pretty regular weekly players. For free - off Waivers.
