Broncos | Knowshon Moreno will not play Week 3 Fri Sep 24, 01:22 PM Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno (undisclosed) will not play in Week 3 because of an undisclosed injury, reports CBSSports.com.
 
(KFFL) Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno (hamstring) apparently pulled his hamstring during practice Friday, Sept. 24, reports FOXSports.com's Jay Glazer. The injury will cause him to miss Week 3 and may put his Week 4 status in jeopardy.

is maroney or correl the guy to pick up
 
Maroney is the new guy. McDaniels had to grab him from NE for a reason. IMO, Maroney will get his chance to start this weekend.

After this weeks game at Home vs. Indy, Moreno's schedule gets salty for the next 3 weeks, begging me to ask if a Moreno owner will actually lose much until after the wk 9 bye.

wk4- at TEN
wk5- at BAL ----------These 3 games are pretty tough
wk-6 vs NYJ

wk-10 vs. KCC
wk-11 at SDC
wk 12 vs STL ------------Things look up after bye, with a healthy Hammy.
wk 13 at KCC
wk 14 at ARI

Denver Broncos RB Correll Buckhalter is expected to start in Week 3, in place of injured RB Knowshon Moreno (hamstring), reports Mike Klis, of The Denver Post. Buckhalter is expected to rotate with RB Laurence Maroney during the game.
Our view: Buckhalter has been in the doghouse a little bit after fumbling earlier this year. We'll see how healthy (and motivated) Maroney looks in his first action for the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

I keep hearing conflicting start info teliing me it really doesn't matter who starts, more who finishes.
 
According to SI.com, the Denver Broncos will start Correll Buckhalter at tailback against the Colts on Sunday. Buckhalter will get the start for the injured Knowshon Moreno, who will miss the next few weeks with a pulled hamstring. There has been some speculation that newly acquired Laurence Maroney might get the start.

We anticipate that the Broncos will try to run the ball often against the Colts in hopes of controlling the clock and keeping Manning off the field, making Buckhalter a decent flex play in 12 and 14 team leagues. Look for 15-20 touches from Buckhalter, with the remaining carries shared between Maroney and Brown.
