Williams (foot) would not be restricted.... so totally healthy, unrestricted???..... if he plays........If he plays??? wait, didnt the coach just imply he would be healthy and unrestricted??? then why wouldn't he play? is that a fish I smell? in Week 13 and would be expected to play his normal number of snaps, reports The Tacoma News Tribune.
