Eagles RB Mike Bell said Sunday that he will see his first preseason action against Kansas City in preseason action on Friday. Bell, who signed in the offseason after two years with New Orleans, has been hampered by a sore knee this preseason. "I'm anxious to get out there," Bell said. "I've got to be smart and make sure I'm healthy, but I also know I haven't proven myself with this team, and I still have to show them what I can do."

Analysis: Bell seems to have been dealing with a bevy of injuries as his calf and hamstring has been rumored to be ailing. In any case, he believes he will make his debut with the Eagles on Friday and if that happens, we'll have to assume him healthy. Bell is expected to be the No. 2 RB for the Eagles behind starter LeSean McCoy. We view Bell as a short-yardage option for the Eagles, and he will have the chance to be used near the goal line. He should be considered a No. 4 Fantasy RB, and he's worth a late-round pick in all leagues.
