Reports are out that Miami will hire Mike Tannenbaum as V.P. of pro football operations, this after spending last year as a "consultant".
Key interesting deal in this is the GM will report to Tannenbaum, but HC Philban will report directly to owner Steven Ross! So this could be just letting Philban coach out his contract.......
