Am I getting a small upgrade at eash position?

I will agree Johnson is an upgrade to Jennings. I think in PPR that Rice is better than Thomas as for Flacco vs. Orton....well its your third qb so no big deal.

I would probably do this trade..but I think you may be somewhat dissappointed.

You do this trade and don't bat an eyelash. Andre Johnson is the #1 WR in a PPR format, bar none.
Thomas is likely out for week 1 and is dinged up, but it's mostly due to the fact that the injury occurred later in the preseason and he catches plenty of passes out of the backfield. He'll eventually be in less of a commitee than Rice is simply because Bush doesn't get all that much work as a traditional RB.
