Thank goodness. Every even year we have to travel to Florida, Auburn, and Arkansas. I'm glad that we don't face Georgia this season.

In a most unlikely story LSU's baseball team has made it back to the college world series. Making it to Omaha will be a steep hill to climb. LSU opened the season on fire, ranked number one for weeks as they coasted through the creampuffs on their schedule. Then we hit the wall, HARD. At one point there was a question whether we'd even qualify for the SEC tournament but we sneaked in. Then in a major shocker we won the darn thing sliding into the big tournament by the skin on our teeth. Now we travel to shaky ground to play in California. A place we've only traveled to once although our opponents there are familiar. The deck appears to be stacked against us and I won't be holding my breath but hey, it could happen.

LSU went 1-2 and has been eliminated from the college world series this season. There'll be a new national champion this season.
