Lions RB Kevin Smith: long term?

Lions RB Kevin Smith as we all know Has gone to IR with a knee injury. It is being speculated due to the late in the season timing of this injury that he may not be ready at the start of next season. Full blown dynasty, no problem, wait it out.

But if you are in a keeper league that only keeps a certain number of players he may become a hard decision. Some speculation is brewing that the Lions may have to go fairly high for a RB in the draft. If you own him keep an eye on him. Come back here and check for offseason news.

I think he'll be ok. In a keeper league, he'd likely be on my list. Even if it means he misses the preseason next year, I think that team is improving and I expect them to go OL heavy in the draft this year. I think Kevin Smith will be fine.
