Lions QB Matthew Stafford shoulder is healthy as he was throwing during player-organized workouts Monday. Stafford says he put an "emphasis" on getting stronger in his upper half this offseason, and reportedly appeared "much thicker" in the chest."That's 10 weeks of upper body work, It was an emphasis," Stafford said. Rookie wideout Titus Young took part in the workout and described Stafford's arm strength as "ridiculous." Added Young, "I would think he had surgery to make his arm stronger." Stafford apparently emphasized upper-body training to become less injury prone after 19 missed games in his first two years.
