Mark Murphy, Hall of Fame SS that played 11 years for the Packers, states that LeBron James, who he coached for 3 years at St. Vincent-St. Mary's High School in Ohio, James could easily play in the NFL as a receiver.

"I've been around a lot of great receivers," Murphy said. "I tell people that I rate my top receivers -- coaching, playing or watching -- as James Lofton, Jerry Rice, Steve Largent and LeBron James."

Could NBA MVP LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers play in the NFL? - ESPN

Can you imagine having a guy like Lebron at WR? His speed, size and athleticism would be unstoppable. If he was a better than average route runner with good catching ability, he could be the greatest WR in the game.

I would love to see LeBron play football. Not gunna happen, obviously, but like you said, he has all of the skill set to be the most dominate WR in the league.

Clarification: The Magic are letting him get his and manhandling the rest of his bowling pins, ERRR, I mean teammates.

True. Saw a funny stat on ESPN today. He has the most loses (4) when scoring 40 or more points than any other player in NBA history. Now what does this say about the rest of his team?

BTW.....How about them Magic, up 3 - 1 now.

95% of the time a team up 3-1 wins the series. It would be nice to see a Olando/Denver final. That would blow oddsmakers minds. They were all talking a Cleveland/Lakers final months ago.

That is exactly what the casual NBA fan wants to see too. It makes sense. The leagues 2 biggest superstars going head to head. Ratings would be off that chart.

If the NBA doesn't get their way and we end up with a Denver Orlando finals, the ratings will be junk. Everyone will be disappointed that they don't get to watch LBJ and Kobe. Anyone who tunes out will be missing out though. These are 2 very interesting and well balanced teams that could put on one hell of a good show.

As it looks like Orlando is going in, I would love to see them play Denver or LA. I think we have a great matchup whoever comes out swinging in the West.

I would love to see nothing more than Orlando/Denver play in the final. Too me this is a more interesting matchup.
