Really.....are you serious?

Could this week have been any worse for big name injuries?

J. Charles...I.R.

Miles Austin..out till after the bye week.

Romo..Cracked ribs and a punctured lung.

That's just to name a few. Hopefully this week the walking MASH unit that is the NFL will be a little kinder to all us poor folks and not take out for an extended period of time some more big name fantasy football season defining roster members.

As always I will post all the info i can find but this is for every ones benefit so if you find something then let all of us know because we are all in this boat together..plus you wouldn't want the bad karma the way this season is going.

Happy Hunting for Week 3

Aaron Hernandez (TE - NEP) - Sprained MCL...out 1 to 6 weeks

Jordan Shipley (WR - CIN ) - Torn ACL ...Out for Season

Eddie Royal (WR - DEN ) - Strained Groin... out 2-4 weeks

Giants WR Dominic Hixon is out for the season with a Torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament for the second straight year.

Foster hinting that he will sit out week 3.

Tate expected to start and carry the load according to the Houston Chronicle.

Texans: Arian Foster (hamstring, questionable) is not expected to play in Week 3
Relevance: Now this is just a report i found but he needs rest and Tate can obviously handle the load. I'll report for sure when i find out.

Eagles: Sal Paolantonio reports that Michael Vick (concussion, questionable) will play in Sunday's Week 3 game against the Giants Relevance: He was gonna play all along but they put the questionable tag on him just in case he had a flare up of symptoms yesterday or today. No such issues. Play accordingly.

Cards:Beanie Wells (questionable, hamstring) fully expects to play in Sunday's Week 3 game against Seattle.
Relevance: I will update for sure when i find out.

Bengals: plan to play WR Jerome Simpson (questionable, personal) in Week 3.
Relevance: Only on the Bengals can you get caught with 8.5lbs of pot and still play.

Chargers: Antonio Gates (foot) will not play in Week 3 against the Chiefs
Relevance: That dang foot is gonna be a career long issue now. Plan accordingly. Also his foot needs rest and what better team to rest your best TE on than the Chiefs.

Giants:Mario Manningham (concussion) has been downgraded to out for Week 3.
Relevance: What no namer is Eli gonna throw the ball to this week?

Cowboys:Tony Romo (lung, ribs) was limited in Cowboys practice Saturday, and is listed as questionable for Week 3.
Relevance: Everyone thinks he will play. Start him if you have the cajones.

Cowboys:Felix Jones (shoulder) participated in Cowboys practice Saturday.
Relevance: He should be active Monday but he is not gonna get his usual snaps. Risky play to say the least.

Cowboys: Dez Bryant (quadriceps) returned to Cowboys practice Saturday.
Relevance: Good sign that he practiced. No word on his official status but he has a better shot at playing after yesterday. If you can afford to keep him benched.

Browns: Coach Pat Shurmur is confident Peyton Hillis (illness) will play against the Dolphins.
Relevance: Dude has strep and a high fever. He should play. I started him.

Colts: Dallas Clark (foot) missed Colts practice on Friday and is listed as questionable for Week 3.
Relevance: Explore other options as the Colts don't play until Sunday night.

Bears: WR Roy Williams (groin, questionable) will start in Week 3 against Green Bay.
Relevance: The real point here is Knox is playing from the bench.

Marion Barber (calf, questionable) will not play in Week 3
Relevance: Forte is the player. That is all you need to know

Broncos: Knowshon Moreno (hamstring) is still questionable.
Relevance: no show will play but Big Willy will get the load of the work. Start Willis if you want.

49ers: Michael Crabtree (foot, probable) may not start in Week 3, and could be worked into the mix as the third-down slot receiver

Relevance: Interesting to me.

UPDATE!!

Houston: Arian Foster will be given chance to show he can play during warmups. Not officially out, despite reports.

Relevance: ugh...make up your damn mind Houston. I will give official word when i know.

Eagles: In a update to a previous item here....No setbacks this morning. Vick WILL play today.

Relevance: Hardesty starts at RB.
