Jackson charged with two misdemeanors
The News
Vincent Jackson has been charged with two misdemeanors for driving on a suspended license stemming from a traffic stop that occurred just a few hours before the Chargers' playoff game against the Jets on Jan. 17, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Our View
Jackson could face up to six months in jail and/or a fine of $1,000 in connection with two counts, and was also charged for driving with an expired registration, which is punishable by a fine. While jail time seems unlikely, the fact that Jackson still has a 2009 DUI case pending and has a 2006 conviction on a misdemeanor drunken-driving charge on his record could be grounds for him to receive a suspension to open the 2010 regular season.

He will get off lite like all other pro athletes, no way he will get treated like anyone of us, they are above the law which is total BS

but he may not be above trigger happy Goodell....could see a 2 gamer on him to start the year....not much of a hit to dynasty and keeper league guys, but could cause him to take a small hit in redrafts next year.
