Okay, now what. He has just pleaded guilty to DWI in NC for his past arrest.

Per the Policy stated by NFL, that should be an automatic 2 game suspension, unless he was already under that policy.

I have seen reports that once the new drug policy is in place, his one year will drop to 10games.

But does this plead effect that? Are we now looking at 12 games if he also gets mandatory 2game?

or is this finally a clear repeat offender and he keeps one year or gets longer?

I can honestly say I have no idea with all that is happening in the NFL how this will come out.

He's playing both sides of the fence here and has been assured that he can do it. His 1 year ban was reduced to 10 games under the new but not yet ratified agreement. However he plead guilty to the DUI under the old agreement, before the new agreement takes effect which called for no suspensions for first time DUI's. All this adds up to pure BS. He shouldn't be allowed to have it both ways. Deal with both problems under the old agreement and he's out for the year. Deal with both problems under the new agreement and he's out the 10 games plus the automatic 2 for the DUI.

Folks the NFL is borderline out of control right now and some heads are going to be chopped off before this is all settled down.
