Jets Interested In Pacman

Saw on ESPN that the Jets are interested in CB Adam Jones. Now my question is, why? He is a handful off the field and can't even behave when Dallas assigned him a handler. And his on field play was nothing spectacular, and i would consider it more below average at best. Jones couldn't handle the drama in Dallas, how do they expect him to even handle himself under the lights and eyes in New York ? This will be a big mistake if they do sign him.

I dont know why any NFL team would even consider him after all the broken promises to stay out of trouble.
The guy is an accident waiting to happen. He's not even all that great of a player IMO. More trouble than whats he's worth.

I agree. Perhaps its just going to be a "tryout" kind of deal to secretly give his guys a fast target to hit.

I'm not sure where this info came from but, the Jets are emphatically not interested in Pacman Jones. And, they have even made numerous statements since this came out stating their disinterest in him. It was someone close to Pacman that stated the Jets were interested in him - not someone from the Jets. None of this truly matters though since it was simply a ploy by Pacman Jones to get his name back out there. Duh.

The first two articles you have here state that the Jets are not interested. The third is a little blurb that is out-of-date.

The only junk going around is just that - JUNK.

Pacman is just trying to get his name out there, and doing a good job.

I got it off the ESPN ticker . So i am guessing it is over on ESPN website or at fanhouse. I will go look and see if i can find anymore details about it.
