All the details are not known yet, but this doesn't sound good.

Jeremy Shockey was reportedly rushed to the hospital Sunday after he was found unconscious at 2PM at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.

TMZ.com doesn't have all the details, but the website does say that Shockey had been at a pool party. Paramedics arrived when he was discovered and took him away on a stretcher. More information should be available soon. May. 24 - 7:57 pm et

Saints | Shockey released from Las Vegas hospital Sun May 24, 08:55 PM ESPN's Chris Mortenson's tweeted that dehydration can be serious, no matter the cause, but Shockey has been released by hospital.
Our view: Mort is also reporting that it was a pool party with several NFL players in attendance. This does not seem to be a Javon Walker-like Vegas incident.

Dehydration? When I read of these things happening to finely tuned athletes I have to wonder.... how am I not flat out dead?

Mix creatine and/or hydroxycut with excessive alcohol and I'd imagine that dehydration is a pretty easy thing to contract.
